We focus on R&D and manufacture food and pharmaceutical ingredients, also provide sourcing service for oversea customers on ingredients and chemicals.

We "SCM Pioneering" started R&D of food sweetener Neotame since 2007, and then gradually expanding the production and trading to other food additives. For each product, we will carefully evaluate the factory to ensure product quality, service efficiency, etc.

1.Can you provide a quality certificate？

We will provide TDS, COA, MSDS to confirm the products, and provide the corresponding certificates according to the import requirements of the customer's country.

2.Can you provide free sample and free express delivery?

On the premise of reaching a cooperation intention with customers, generally the clients will take the initiative to bear the cost of sample mailing, and we provide high quality free samples.

3.If there is a doubt about the quality , how do you solve it？

For each production batch, samples are retained for an additional year. If there is any quality doubt after sending samples or shipping,, the laboratory will be arranged to re-test and reply quickly.

1.What is the MOQ of free sample?

We will provide enough quantity for sample test. If more than that, the client should pay for it by retail price.

2. What is your MOQ of trial orders?

For trial orders, there is no specific requirement of MOQ. We will suggest suitable quantity according to your demand, application, or transport way. All we do is to reduce your market development cost.

1.How to make payment?

Normally by T/T to the company bank USD account, RMB or Euro is also acceptable.

2.How to ensure the security of my payment?

Using third-party platforms for payment, Like B2B platform Alibaba, Made-in-China. You can arrange a third party to inspect the factory and supervise the shipment.
