Mogroside V, also known as monk fruit or luo han guo, is extracted from the fruit of virginia grosvenorii, which is a natural sweetener with high sweetness and low calories. It can safely and persistently increase the sweetness of food without generating calories.

The sweetness of Monk fruit extract is about 80-260 times than of sucrose.  The specifications are generally divided into V25, V40, V50, etc.
